C Stands for.........Livingstone

The borough of Kensington & Chelsea, like all other local authorities who manage their own parking control, have a reputation for being mean and merciless towards motorists in order to extract their pound of flesh.

So, does it make a nice change to see them using one of their pay and display machines advertising opposition to the Dictator-Livingstone's nasty anti-driver, revenue-raising Congestion Charge?

The reason it's a question, is because it's common knowledge that the money counters at K&C council are worried that they will suffer the same fate as Westminster council, who lost a lot of parking ticket revenue when the C-Charge was imposed on their borough.  So K&C's opposition would not be a selfless act - more like Dracula keeping their victim's body alive so that they can continue to suck on their blood - basically parasites.

On the news today (12-07-06) it was reported that Livingstone the Dictator wants to increase the congestion charge for 4 wheel drive and higher polluting cars to £25 per day and wants the whole of London to be a congestion charge zone by the year 2012.
Many businesses, individuals and families will be devastated when this is introduced.
