Absolutely Essential or Total Stupidity?

This picture was taken on Munster Road in Fulham at about 8.30 am on the 14th February, during the morning rush.

Obviously the small silver car that is being removed is causing such a problem that it justifies blocking the road and causing  traffic-mayhem during the rush-hour to remove it.  Traffic was backing up for a great distance in both directions.

Motorists using the road were not given any assistance by parking enforcement staff to manoeuvre around the obstacle that  they had created.  It is just pure luck that an emergency service vehicle did not come along at this time to attend a life or death call-out.

         Obstructed drivers get no help  from the parking enforcers.              

If the driver of the silver car has committed a parking offence that is one thing, but for the local authority to exercise a policy where the feel they have the right to behave like total hypocrites and cause serious congestion and danger to road users in order just to collect revenue that is another.
It is clear to see which vehicle in this picture is causing traffic problems and danger.  When will the government put a stop to this unacceptable and immoral behaviour?  Probably never, because we seem to be ruled by parasites and hypocrites who will not be happy until they have robbed us of our last penny.
