TFL Pavement-Parking Hypocrisy |

TFL (Transport For London) or their contractors, were seen parking their white van in the
middle of the pavement on the South Lambeth Road in April while working
on the traffic lights. If
anyone else were to park even an inch of tyre on a kerb, possibly to
leave the road clear for Fire Engines or Ambulances, they will get a
parking ticket and a fine. I have noticed that when utility companies, who are carrying out essential repairs park up slightly on the pavement to leave the road clear, that they are issued with parking tickets. No doubt this cost is passed on to the customer. It must be great working for Livingstone the Dictator - Do As We Say - Not As We Do. |
